The jobs I take off your hands

Five kinds of help, all done remotely. Pick one, mix a few, or just tell me what’s piling up and I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right person for it.

The everyday jobs that still need doing.

Admin Support

The everyday admin that keeps a business running, and the first thing to slip when you’re busy.

  • Preparing and sending invoices, and following up the overdue ones
  • Data entry
  • Document preparation: letters, forms, templates and reports
  • Keeping records and databases up to date
  • General administration, including the miscellaneous jobs that don’t fit anywhere else

Good for: the “I’ll do it on Sunday” jobs that never get done on Sunday.

An extra pair of hands without another person in the office.

Virtual PA

Day-to-day help for the busy owner who’s been their own assistant for far too long.

  • Email and inbox support
  • Diary and appointment management
  • Research: suppliers, options, prices and the facts you need before a decision
  • Organising files, documents and to-do lists
  • Following up the things that need following up
  • Day-to-day remote business assistance

Good for: owners whose inbox has started to make strange noises at night.

Don’t let leads and customers disappear into the abyss.

Customer & Sales Support

Being quick to reply is half the battle in sales. I help you stay responsive even when you’re flat out.

  • Customer communication and enquiries
  • Following up leads and quotes
  • Updating your CRM or customer database
  • Sales administration

Good for: businesses losing work simply because nobody had time to reply.

Resurrect the database.

Data & Databases

Spreadsheets and databases quietly run most small businesses, and when they get messy, everything gets harder.

  • Building, tidying and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Data cleanup: duplicates, gaps and mystery formatting
  • Microsoft Access database work
  • Keeping your business information accurate and up to date

Good for: the spreadsheet with three versions, and the database everyone is afraid to touch.

For the things your traditional PA probably doesn’t want to touch.

Website & Digital

Small website and online jobs that don’t need a web developer on the clock, but do need someone who knows what they’re doing.

  • Website content updates: text, prices, photos and opening hours
  • Setting up and fixing website forms
  • General digital administration

Need a new website or a bigger build? That’s my web studio, A Little Micro-SaaSy.

Your spreadsheet from hell?

Consider it handled.

Pricing

You’ll know the cost before I start.

Hourly rates from $65, or prepaid packs from $130 if you’ve got a pile. Larger projects are quoted upfront.

Which of these is lurking on your list?

I’ll get them done & dusted. One job or a whole pile, we’ll agree what I’m taking on and what it costs before anything starts.
