One-off jobs
A clear start and finish. Clean up the customer spreadsheet, chase a stack of overdue invoices, enter a backlog of data, or update the website.
Get it off my deskHow it works
You tell me what needs doing. I say “Yep. Leave that with me.” Here’s the whole process.
Send me a message with the job, the pile or the general feeling of dread. Rough is fine. “My invoicing is a mess” is a perfectly good starting point.
We’ll talk it through and agree exactly what I’ll handle, how you’d like updates, and what it’ll cost. No surprises later.
You give me access to what I need, whether that’s your email, spreadsheets, database or website, and I get on with it. You get updates without having to chase me.
It’s off your to-do list. If it’s regular work, it just keeps getting done, and you get your evenings back.
Two ways to work together
A clear start and finish. Clean up the customer spreadsheet, chase a stack of overdue invoices, enter a backlog of data, or update the website.
Get it off my deskRegular help with the admin that never stops coming, like invoicing, enquiries, inbox and diary, or database updates, so it stops piling up in the first place.
Sort my adminNo. Everything is done remotely, so it doesn’t matter where in New Zealand your business is.
By the hour: $65 for general admin and Virtual PA work, $75 for data, Excel and Access, and $85 for website and digital support. The minimum charge is 1 hour, then time is billed in 15-minute increments. You can also prepay 2 hours for $130, 5 hours for $310 or 10 hours for $600, and prepaid hours don’t expire. Larger projects are quoted upfront. See pricing.
A clear idea of the job, and access to the tools involved, such as your email, accounting or invoicing software, spreadsheets, database or website. I work in the systems you already use.
Yes. Your information is only used for the work you’ve asked me to do, and it stays between us.
Ask anyway. If it’s admin-shaped and I can do it well, I’ll say so. If it isn’t something I do, I’ll tell you straight away.
Not even slightly. I’ve seen worse, and frankly I find it interesting.
Tell me what’s causing you grief. That’s step one, and it only takes a couple of minutes.
