Hello. I’m the person behind Ink & Thorn.

My skill set doesn’t fit neatly into the usual Virtual Assistant box.

I’ve worked in the engine room of businesses, dealing with invoicing, accounts administration, customers, sales, marketing and call centre management. These days, I build websites too.

I’m extremely comfortable in Excel, increasingly at home in Microsoft Access, and quite happy disappearing down a database rabbit hole when required.

Which means if your to-do list says “chase the invoices, clean up the customer database and for the love of all things unholy, fix that website form,” you don’t need three different people.

How I work

I work remotely, in your systems, on your schedule. You can hand me a single job or the whole lot.

And yes, I like things a little on the dark side.

Hence the thorns. I’ve always loved dark folklore, old botanical books, black roses and the occasional well-placed skull. It doesn’t affect my spreadsheets. It does mean I find a terrifying to-do list more interesting than frightening. Somebody has to.
